Appropriately securing homeowners’ houses at the end of each day, which includes shutting windows, closing curtains or blinds, locking doors, and setting up alarm systems.
There are several options to alarm response. I can respond to your call. You can put me as a contact on your alarm system. Typically I'd wait down the street until police/fire gave the all clear, then I'd inspect for wellness/damage.
I'm a state registered Home Improvement Contractor. Some repairs I can handle and I'll proceed with your concurrence. Other repairs may require a special contractor and I can arrange estimates.
Snow clearing is available, from a simple path to allow the house to look occupied (and my access for wellness/damage inspections) to complete snow clearing for your home or business.
RING alarm systems (but will do Cove, Nest, or SimpliSafe), from camera door bells, motion sensors, glass break detectors, and freeze/flood detectors.

Shelves around an existing bed
Oak rope knot crown molding
from simple brick and wood raised gardens to this 8ft beauty
put drip or very small sprinklers for individual watering of your favorite plants
Mowing your lawn weekly or when you go on vacation. Garden and lawn edging will give your lawn a professional look.
You risk water damage to your home if your gutters are not kept clear.
Indoor painting my speciality. Spray, roller, and/or brush which ever is most appropriate. (my Dad taught me to paint, he was a Boatswain's mate in WW2 - and he lived the rule "If it moves, salute it. If it doesn't move, pick it up. If you can't pick it up, paint it." )
